Authorize the transfer of General Funds in the amount of $22,634,907 between various class lines, increase and decrease Federal revenues resulting in a net decrease of $7,974,742, increase and decrease Other revenues with no net change, and create new expenditure class codes, as detailed in the letter dated February 4, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 20, 2026.
