Description
Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles and Division of Administration to enter into a contract with Kodak Alaris Inc., Rochester, NY, for the purpose of providing preventative maintenance, service, and repairs to Kodak microfilm equipment located at the Department of Safety. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022, with the option for four additional one-year terms. 79% Highway, 21% Agency Income.
