Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Ray’s Electric & General Contracting Inc., Berlin, NH, for the Coos County Courthouse Standby Power and Boiler Replacement, Lancaster, NH, for a total price not to exceed $433,100. (2)Further authorize the amount of $7,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $440,100. Effective upon G&C approval through September 1, 2021. 100% Capital-General Funds.
