Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a sole source retroactive lease agreement with the County of Sullivan, Newport, NH, to provide courtroom and office space comprised of 16,206 square feet for the Sullivan County Superior and 5th Circuit Probate Division Newport Courthouse, for an amount not to exceed $664,140 for the three year term and not to exceed $450,168 for the two one-year extensions if exercised. Effective May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2022, with the option for two one-year extension options. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies). (2)Further authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to request a waiver from the “Clean Air” testing requirements.
