Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Waypoint, Manchester, NH, for the continued provision of the State Grant in Aid Homeless Assistance program and Runaway Youth Services, by exercising a contract renewal option, increasing the total price by $477,404 from $252,556 to $729,960, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 41.10% Federal, 58.90% General Funds. (2)Further authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Waypoint, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #40), for the continued provision of Runaway Youth Services to add additional federal funds to maximize federal dollars, by increasing the total price by $150,000 from $729,960 to $879,960. Effective July 1, 2020, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
