Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with NH Legal Assistance, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #41), to continue providing legal assistance to individuals who are experiencing homelessness or those who are at-risk of experiencing homelessness, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $100,000 from $100,000 to $200,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 100% General Funds.
