Authorize to amend an existing memorandum of understanding with The NH State Liquor Commission, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #24), by exercising a renewal option for the provision of surveillance and related activities to prevent youth access to and use of tobacco and alcohol products, by increasing the price by $155,000 from $310,000 to $465,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022. 56.60% Federal, 43.40% Other Funds (Governor Commission Funds).
