Description

Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the NH Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services, Concord, NH, to implement the Ask the Question: Ask, Link Collaborate Technical Assistance program in up to 40 selected medical practices that identify, refer or treat for risk of substance misuse and substance use disorders statewide, in the amount of $105,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2021, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years.
