Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Brox Industries Inc., Dracut, MA, for resurfacing 18 miles of Tier 2 roadways in Districts 4, 5 and 6, on the basis of a low bid of $4,222,621.55. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $211,131.08 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 24, 2022. 99% Federal, 1% Other Funds.
