Merrill Construction Inc., Loudon, NH, for culvert replacement under NH 107 in Northwood, on the basis of a low bid of $425,184.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $42,518.45 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project.
