Authorize to enter into a contract with Northeast Earth Mechanics Inc., Pittsfield, NH, to provide Construction of Baffled Range Closure Plate located at Center Strafford Training Site, in the amount of $426,850. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $60,000 for unforeseen conditions and/or owner-initiated changes, brining the total to $486,850.
