Authorize to amend an existing contract with Smith, Alvarez, Sienkiewycz PC., Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #148), for Professional Architectural Services for planning and design of various projects as necessary and required by the Department, by exercising a renewal option, by increasing the price by $500,000 from $1,000,000 to $1,500,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
