Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Environmental Services to support the Flood Hazards Program, by providing the funding for two full-time personnel and half the cost of one part-time personnel, along with their associated benefits, necessary to support the program for identification of river-induced public safety hazards in NH, for a total amount of $267,350. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
