Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a sole source retroactive lease agreement with the Town of Colebrook, NH, to provide courtroom and office space comprised of 1,581 square feet for the 1st Circuit District Division Colebrook Courthouse, for an amount not to exceed $52,584. (2)Further authorize a waiver from the “Clean Air” testing requirements. Effective April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2025. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
