Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a sole source retroactive 12-month holdover lease amendment agreement with the Town of Newport, NH, for courtroom and office space comprised of 8,658 square feet for the 5th Circuit-District Division-Newport Courthouse, Newport, NH, for an amount not to exceed $106,896.
