Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with D.E.W. Construction Corp, Williston, VT, for the Glencliff Home Electrical System Enhancement, Benton, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,318,315. 75% Capital, 25% General Funds. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $75,000 for unanticipated expenses, bringing the total to $1,393,315. 71% Capital, 29% General Funds. (3)Further authorize the amount of $35,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,428,315. Effective upon G&C approval through February 25, 2022. 69% Capital, 31% General Funds.
