Authorize to enter into a contract with JCM Code Specialists LLC, Pembroke, NH, for the provision of statewide construction and renovation plan review services for health facility and long-term care facility compliance with various constructions codes, including but not limited to Life Safety Codes. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022. 47% Federal, 40% General, 13% Other (Health Facilities Fees) Funds.
