Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Headrest, Lebanon, NH, for consultation services to develop a plan to implement the 988 national three-digit dialing code for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, in the amount of $90,000. (2)Further authorize an advance payment of $5,000. Effective March 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. 100% Other Funds (988 Planning Grant).
