Authorize to amend an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-13-19, item #12), to continue providing professional support services to the Department’s Oral Health Program in order to implement activities funded through federal grants, including access to preventive and reparative dental treatment for individuals in the statewide community-based and school-based oral health programs, by increasing the price by $2,052,788 from $2,643,045 to $4,695,833 and by extending the completion date from August 31, 2021 to August 31, 2023. 77% Federal, 23% General Funds.
