Description

Authorize to amend an existing agreement with CQuest America Inc., Springfield, IL (originally approved by G&C on 9-3-14, item #23), to add enhancements to the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children’s eligibility reporting system, by increasing the price by $125,962.51 from $3,682,065.17 to $3,808,027.68 with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
