Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with E.D. Swett Inc., Concord, NH, for bridge replacement and widening in Peterborough at the intersection of US 202 and NH 101, on the basis of a low bid of $8,541,598.70. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $427,079.94 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 27, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
