Description
Authorize the Division of Forest and Lands to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 9/25/24, Item #102) by extending the end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for grant funds in the amount of $28,217 from the US Department of Agriculture United State Forest Service to be used in support of the DNCR wildland fire program in accordance with the terms of the grant known as the State Fire Assistance BIL/IIJA. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on September 5, 2025.
