Authorize to amend the sole source contract agreement with Southwestern Community Services, Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-16-20, item #32), to supplement the Agency’s Weatherization Assistance Program, by increasing the amount by $300,000 from $78,185 to $378,185. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds (LIHEAP-US DHHS).
