Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to retroactively amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by G&C on 4/23/25, Item #63), in the amount of $2,000,000 to be used for the mitigation and risk reduction activities related to spruce budworm outbreaks on state and private lands in northern NH, by extending the end date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027 for grant funds from the US Department of Agriculture. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on September 5, 2025.
