Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to accept and expend a Federal Grant Award in the amount of $400,000 from the US Department of Agriculture, United States Forest Service to be used for the acquisition of 88+/- acres in the Town of Effingham, Carroll County, NH, known as the “Ossipee Lake-Heath Pond Bog Expansion Project.” Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on September 5, 2025. ** At the request of the Governor on September 17, 2025 the following language was added: Land will be open to the public for hunting and fishing.**
