Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to enter into a sole source contract with the University of NH, Durham, NH, to provide funding for the Project Coordinator and support staff for an Inclusive Higher Education Program for individuals with intellectual disabilities, in an amount not to exceed $387,500. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds.
