Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Alliance Group Inc., Essex Junction, VT, for the Police Standards and Training Boiler Replacement, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $461,100. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $70,000 for unanticipated modifications, bringing the total to $531,100. (3)Further authorize the amount of $45,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $576,100. Effective upon G&C approval through October 22, 2021. 100% Capital-General Funds.
