Authorize to amend existing contracts with the vendors as detailed in letter dated April 9, 2021 (originally approved by G&C on 7-31-19, item #27), for the provision of complaint investigation services by conducting investigations of alleged abuse, neglect, exploitation, and rights violations, of persons applying for, eligible for, or receiving services from area agencies, developmental services or acquired brain disorder programs, by exercising contract renewal options, by increasing the total price by $470,000 from $470,000 to $940,000, and by extending the completion dates from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 100% Other Funds, Program Revenue from the Area Agencies.
