Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Abacus Service Corporation, Southfield, MI (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-15, item #53), for continued provision of operations, maintenance and development services for the NH Web-based Interactive System for Direction and Outcome Measures, by increasing the price by $264,000 from $1,169,944 to $1,433,944 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2024. 55% Federal, 45% Other Funds.
