Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-20, item #21), to continue providing a Coordinated Entry Domestic Violence Program to individuals, youth, and families who are fleeing, or are attempting to flee, domestic violence, and who are at risk of homelessness or experiencing homelessness, by exercising a contract renewal, by increasing the price by $239,930 from $239,930 to $479,860, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to October 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
