Authorize to amend an existing contract with Southern NH Services Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #38), to continue providing Combined Services Program that will assist individuals who are low-income with building the skills, knowledge and work habits necessary to obtain and retain gainful employment in occupations that support long-term self-sufficiency, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $8,058,882 from $10,270,058 to $18,328,940, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 78% Federal, 22% General Funds.
