Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing Master Tax Exempt Equipment Lease Financing Agreement with Flagstar Public Funding Corp, Greenwich, CT (originally approved by G&C on 11/10/21, Item #32E) to correct a scriveners error of the agreement completion date from December 1, 2024 to December 1, 2025 for what was an approved 4 year term with no other changes to the agreement. Effective upon G&C approval.
