Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to enter into a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of NH Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH, for a cooperative evaluation of green stormwater infrastructure implementation to reduce runoff and improve water quality at the Welcome and Information Center rest area along Interstate 89 southbound in Sutton, NH, for a fee not to exceed $87,862. Effective upon G&C approval through January 31, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
