Authorize the Division of Risk and Benefits to amend the existing contract with Cross Insurance TPA Inc. (originally approved by G&C on 5-27-15, item #143), to administer Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administration and Related Services for state employees, by increasing the amount by $105,000 from $3,519,000 to an amount not to exceed $3,624,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022.
