Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with D. L. King & Associates, Nashua, NH, for Hillsborough County Courthouse South HVAC upgrades, for a total price not to exceed $579,900. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2021. 88% Capital-General, 9.5% Revolving, 2.5% Transfer from Other Agency Funds. (2)Further authorize the amount of $20,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $599,900. 100% Capital-General Funds.
