Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a Brownfields Cleanup Grant to the City of Franklin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/2/23, Item #72A) by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to December 31, 2026 to provide the City of Franklin time to complete the project to perform environmental remediation work at the Stanley Mill site in downtown Franklin. Effective upon G&C approval. This is a no cost time extension. 100% Brownfields Repayment Funds
