Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Milliman Inc., Brookfield, WI (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-17, item #11A), for the continued provision of Actuarial Services and Technical Support relative to Medicaid Care Management to permit a business aligned procurement process, by increasing the price by $2,532,850 from $10,325,500 to $12,858,350 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022. 50% Federal, 34% General, 16% Other Funds from the NH Granite Advantage Health Care Program Trust Fund.
