Description

Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with BizStream Inc., Allendale, MI (originally approved by G&C on 6-15-16, item #9D), for continued use of the web-based residential management system for the John H. Sununu Youth Services Center, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $62,974 from $149,940 to $212,914 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 100% General Funds.
