Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Court Appointed Special Advocates of NH Inc., Manchester, NH, for the continued provision of a statewide training program and education opportunities for court appointed special advocates and guardians ad litem, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $52,130 from $56,744 to $108,874 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
