Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with JSI Research & Training Institute d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-17-18, item #6), to continue providing assistance and support to the NH Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Partnerships for Success programs; providing public information relative to alcohol and other drugs, including opioids; and providing reporting and evaluation data to the Department, by exercising a renewal option, by increasing the price by $625,000 from $6,339,076 to $6,964,076 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022. 38.62% Federal, 11.76% General, 49.62% Other Funds (Governor Commission Funds).
