Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Northern Human Services, Conway, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #78B), to continue activities for the North Country Community Collaborations to Strengthen and Preserve Families program that conducts trainings for staff who provide Home Visiting Services to young children and families as well as direct services to families, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $100,000 from $300,000 to $400,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
