Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with McFarland-Johnson Inc., Concord, NH, to perform final design to address transportation system needs along approximately 8.2 miles of the F.E. Everett Turnpike corridor in the City of Nashua beginning about 0.2 miles north of the Tinker Road overpass and proceeding north 8.2 miles to approximately 1.2 miles north of the Bedford Road (Exit 12) overpass in the Town of Merrimack, for an amount not to exceed $9,869,680.83. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2024. 100% Turnpike Funds.
