Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Annseal Inc., Johnson City, NY, for roadway resurfacing including crack sealing in Districts 3, 4, 5 and 6, on the basis of a low bid of $599,521.28. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $59,952.13 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 20, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
