Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with NorthStarExams LLC, Bedford, TX, to provide legal and policy analysis of state and federal laws around discriminatory formulary practices, provide the Department with recommendations for formulary review best practices, and offer guidance toward implementing a tool capable of producing a simple assessment report, in the amount of $152,810. Effective upon G&C approval through August 18, 2021. 100% Funded by a federal State Flexibility Grant.
