Authorize to enter into a contract with 6893449 Canada Inc., d/b/a Dunsky Energy Consulting, Montreal, to assist and advise the Commission in its assessment of the relative benefits and costs of net-metered distribution energy resources from the perspectives of the utility system, customer-generators participating in net energy metering, and other electric utility ratepayers, in an amount not to exceed $160,000. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2022. 100% Utility Special Assessment.
