Authorize to amend an existing contract with Growth Partners, LLC, Lincoln, NE (originally approved by G&C 6/12/24, Item #21, archived document ) which was a result of a competitive solicitation, to continue the statewide certification program that maintains nationally recognized industry standards for recovery residences, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $849,994 from $599,992 to $1,449,986 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
