Authorize to enter into a no-cost External Memorandum of Understanding with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection; the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry; the University of Massachusetts; the University of Rhode Island; and the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation, to allow for enhanced scientific exchanges and cooperation concerning the earth sciences. Effective upon G&C approval through April 21, 2026.
