Authorize to enter into a contract with TransAct Communications LLC, Lynnwood, WA, to create and implement an after school data management system for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers, in an amount not to exceed $312,160. Effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026, with an option to renew for up to five years. 100% Federal Funds.
