Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc., Bedford, NH, to perform final design to address transportation system needs along NH Route 102 in the Towns of Derry and Londonderry, by constructing an alternate route which includes a new interchange, Exit 4A, on Interstate 93 (I-93) approximately one mile north of Exit 4 and a new connector road, for an amount not to exceed $10,837,567.26. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2025. 100% Federal Funds.
