Authorize the Bureau of Planning & Community Assistance to enter into a sole source Project Agreement with the University of NH, Earth System Research Center, Durham, NH, to administer the acquisition of statewide high resolution orthorectified aerial imagery and deliverables to the Department for a fee not to exceed $76,200. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
